Bringing the Arts to Youth...
and Youth to the Arts!

You are invited to share your Arts expertise with students (ages 8-18) through ArtsNashoba Regional Arts Center.  At ArtsNashoba, our motto is “Bringing the Arts to Youth and Youth to the Arts.”  It is our mission to make available through strategic partnerships and collaborations with agencies, institutions, schools and organizations, a bounty of educational, presentational, and experiential programs to satisfy all youths' creativities and curiosities. Are you someone to help us do this?  If so, we want to hear from you!

On an ongoing basis, we are seeking proposals for workshops and classes that deliver relevant and thought-provoking information, concepts and experiences to youth in the artistic disciplines of Theatre, Visual Arts, Music and Dance.

ArtsNashoba will select speakers, instructors and workshops to help participants connect with and participate in these disciplines, as well as promote working with each other in team environments so as to inspire them in a lasting, transforming way. The ultimate goal – instill a love for the arts that each youth/participant will take with them and continue to enjoy, as well as pay forward in their respective communities down the line.

Workshops are welcome in half-day, full-day and series formats. There is currently NO deadline for submissions. To assist with proposal development, we have assembled these guidelines:

  • All potential workshop candidates must possess (or must obtain thru ArtsNashoba or otherwise) Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) compliance in the state of Massachusetts;

  • Proposals must be submitted as a fully operational/implementable unit, ready to run without organizational development;

  • Proposals must include a complete cost breakdown including requested instructor compensation, supply/inventory needs, and any travel expenses (if applicable);

  • Proposals must include a complete list of non-standard technical/equipment requirements (i.e., internet access, pottery wheels, kilns, electrical tools & machinery, etc.).  Submitters should note if a local location is available where all needed is directly available.)

  • All proposals should include no less than three contactable references.

All submissions, including full contact information (& websites, if available), should be directed by U.S. Postal or email to:
